This week our MOPS group went to a place called Artworks. It's a very neat idea...for $5 your kids can do all kinds of art projects and get someone else's house messy! However, I have decided that organized art class is not made for toddler boys. The older, elementary school boys, did all the stations and crafts and had a great time, as did all the girls...even the toddler girls. However, I noticed that the toddler boys weren't too interested in the organized projects and preferred to simply play with the chalk in the water, rather than use it to color. My boys pretty much stuck to the paint. It was familiar and the station had no specific objective.

I saw your comment on Amber Cok's website a while back and decided to check out your blog. I love your posts and had no idea you went to Hawaii! What a great time! I wish I was brave enough to embark on a vacation with one child, let alone two!
