Aloha!

Aloha! I am delightfully blogging from a tropical paradise today...

Let me catch you up on the Rohrer craziness...
Our last post was when Grandpa Rohrer was here helping Alan install our crown moulding.  It's up and caulked, but not totally finished, so those photos are yet to come.  (Even unfinished, I think it is beautiful and still delight in the gift!)  Right after Grandpa left, Grandma Hart came into town.  While Grandpa was still in town, Connor got the stomach flu.  The day Grandma arrived, Keegan got the stomach flu, we began babysitting our friends' kiddos, I got the stomach flu, then passed it on to Rayna, my mom, Alan and Luke.  Yes, it went through all 7 of us!  Luke even took it home to share with his daddy.  Nice, huh?!  We still had a delightful time with our full house and it was truly God's provision that my mom was there to provide extra hands, hugs and help!  Alan went TDY to Florida, Grandma left, Alan came home and we found out we were leaving a day early for Hawaii.  It's been a whirlwind, but here we are!

Trying to get a cute Valentine photo of the boys for the grandparents' Valentine's Day project.
Grandma supervising the 4 kiddos painting Welcome Home signs for Luke and Rayna's new baby sister.
Sitting in the SA airport early in the morning.  People just stared at us with all the stuff we were hauling!  Two parents, two toddlers, two car seats, four backpacks and one double stroller!
Grandpa and Grandma Rohrer met us at DFW and helped us make our quick connection to our Honolulu flight.
Keegan chillin' in the "cow."
Connor wearing headphones and watching the portable DVD player for the first time.  It seems like a milestone of sorts. He looked so grown up.  We got Keegan a set of headphones, too and he also got to use them.  So cute!
Grandma Margy took the day off of work, but came to the airport in uniform anyhow to make sure we made our connection and were able to sit together.  Fabulously, we snagged the last four seats on the flight!  Flying stand-by has never been so easy.  I am praying it goes as smoothly on the way home.  This time, however, we will make sure Connor drinks less and pottys more often, since half way through the flight, he peed through his diaper, soaking his jeans, socks, shoes and seat!  Good thing it was an 8.5 hour flight and we had 4 more hours to let everything dry!
Oahu is beautiful, of course, and it's awesome spending time with the Wamhoffs!  ALOHA!
