Today was a stay-at-home-and-potty-train day. Connor was a bit resistant, but really interested in his next goal of earning, "Lightning the Queen." In the afternoon, it was really overcast and cool outside, so we filled up the pool, I weed-whacked with the edger (shocking, yes!) and Grandma even got Connor to play with playdough.

July 5th
MOLDOVA UPDATE: We received e-mails today from Moldova. One of the gals on the team is sending updates to the families on behalf of the whole group, but Alan was able to e-mail today too. They arrived safely in the late afternoon of the 4th and were welcomed with a huge feast. They settled in, slept well, then awoke to another huge feast (so I guess we won't worry about them going hungry!) and spent today getting acclimated and adjusted to the time change. They are getting to know their translators and nationals today and will be headed out tomorrow to go work with some of the churches and do prayer walks in the city.
