Our Gingerbread House

On Thursday, our MOPS group had a playgroup where we decorated gingerbread houses. It was so much fun! Fellow Mamas and friends, for the bargain price of $10, you have got to check out Wilton's pre-assembled gingerbread houses. They come with everything you need - even the candy! Super Fun!

Connor was into it at first, helping decorate the roof and adding gumdrops here and there...

Then he decided to taste a few gumdrops and he thought they were pretty good! It was the first time he'd ever had candy! (Not because I am Super Mom, but because between his allergy and being so picky, he just hadn't tried any before.)

Finally his attention was stolen by a big rubber lizard (you can see the tail in the photo) and he decided it was more fun to pretend the lizard was eating and attacking the house, rather than decorating it.

It got finished, though...here's our final product.
