God is SO good! Thank you to all of you who have been praying for our family!
Today we saw the doctor again, and we had the privilege of getting a second opinion from a good friend who is also an Internist. (Thanks, Dan!)
The conclusion: Alan does NOT have leukemia!
Diagnosis: He had a leukemoid reaction, probably from an unknown infection/virus.
It'd be nice to know WHAT is causing his episodes, but we are praying that God has healed him completely and he won't have one again!

GREAT news!!! Praise God! And goodness, what a HUGE error in thinking for that first doctor! At least God was able to see how much love we all have for Alan through the many prayers being lifted for him! :o)
