The Un-party

All our attempts to have Zoë's birthday party were thwarted by sickness.

One after another, everyone's been sick. For over a week, we've had fevers, coughs, upper respiratory infections, more fevers, stomach ailments...the list goes on and on. After rescheduling 3 times, this morning was supposed to be a party with her friends, but we woke up to 5 year old with a stomach bug, a baby with lingering digestive issues and a still exhausted and coughing Daddy.

We had to cancel once and for all, but party or not, we had to sing to her and let her demolish enjoy a cupcake.
