Monday we had our first beach day of the season.
Sunscreened and ready to go!
It was Zoë Kate's first trip to the beach. She didn't dislike it, but she didn't display any sort of delight, either.
The boys were clearly delighted...until they got out of the water and got cold. Then they wanted to get de-sanded and warmed up immediately.
In spite of the ridiculous amounts of sand that gets on and into everything, we will be making the most of living on the gulf. Does anyone know if there are such things as car adapters for dustbusters?

we have an adapter that allows you to plug i a computer, it as if you had an electric socket in your car. but i wasn't able to use my hair straighter with it as we were on the way to a wedding. it was a hair disaster. so check the wattage. :)
Looks like a blast! We just went to San Diego but didn't make it to the beach. Hopefully soon!
