Happy New Year!
I figured it was about time to upload some new photos. Life is back in full-swing around here. Alan is TDY again and tonight gets to enjoy being with our old OCF group in San Antonio. It's a fluke that he's flying into there, since it's not his destination, but God worked out the timing perfectly and sent him out of his way on the perfect night. I really wish I could be there, too! Especially since my friend, Jami, just had her baby!
Anyhow, the kids and I are holding down the fort here, trying to stay indoors where it's warm. MOPS started back this week and I am not sure what I am going to do about Bible study yet. The new one at our church begins this evening and I can't go since Alan is gone, plus OCF here is on Thursday evenings. The Tuesday AM study doesn't work since the boys have MDO and there's also a military study that happens every other week, but I like having something more often than that, so we'll see. I can't imagine not having MDO since the boys like it so much and I can get so much done while they're there, but I really wish it were another day of the week. It's throwing a wrench into all our activities!
We rang in the new year by celebrating Alan's birthday on New Year's Eve. I don't think we'll ever stay up until midnight again. This year, I fell asleep on the couch at 8:30pm and would have been out for the night if the phone hadn't rung at 9-something.

Daddy built the boys an awesome track with the boys' new Thomas tracks, trains and accessories they got for Christmas.

Writing Thank You cards for all the Christmas blessings. Connor has learned to write his name so he was able to sign all the cards himself this year.

We got out the playmat for Zoë since she needs some more entertainment nowadays. Unfortunately, she's not very entertained by it. You can see that Connor tried to help supplement the hanging toys by lining up animals next to her.
