We finally reached the 2nd trimester! I still do not feel 100%, but the nausea is improving lots and I am sleeping better some nights. I could list other complaints, but that defeats the joy I am striving to find in this pregnancy (since it's most common to hear preggo ladies gripe.) Hey, having your body invaded is challenging, but it is a blessing from the Lord that I longed for, so I want to enjoy every minute of it. It only lasts 9.5 months, after all! I am officially into maternity clothes as I cannot zip or button my pants anymore and I have felt Baby move a few times. Very exciting!
Since my belly is growing larger, the boys at least understand that we call the bump, "The Baby." They have been directed to stop jumping on me cause Baby is in there, so the other day when they were vying for a spot on my lap, Connor told Keegan, "Don't hurt the baby, Keegan." Today Keegan said as he climbed into my lap for a story, "I sit on Baby." Also, Alan got out the infant car seat to see if we can cram 3 seats across the back of the car (we can, but after one day, I may pull my hair out!), so the seat being out has their interest peaked even more.
Just for you, Jenn. The Bump...the BIG bump. When you are on kid #3, the uterus stretches rapidly!

You look so great! Think of how everything expands when you get to #5! Crazy stuff this pregnancy business...but a wonderful kind of crazy...I'd go through it all again in a minute!

Its so fun to watch the kids react to things like the growing belly etc. It'll be really fun when the boys can feel the baby move too. We're so excited for you. Sounds like you are all feeling well (no flu).
